Memorial Day 2026 – We Remember and Honor

Today, Beaumont-Cherry Valley Water District pauses to honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Memorial Day is a solemn reminder of the cost of freedom and the enduring legacy of those who made the ultimate sacrifice.

“Memorial Day is a time to reflect on the courage and selflessness of those who gave their lives in service to our nation,” said Daniel Slawson, BCVWD Board Member. “We honor their sacrifice and remain deeply grateful for the freedoms they helped protect.”

As a small gesture of respect, our offices are closed today in observance of Memorial Day.

While many will spend today with family and friends, we encourage our community to take a moment to reflect on the true meaning of this day and remember those who served and sacrificed for our country.
