We're excited to assist you in starting or ending your water service with BCVWD. To streamline the process, please select the appropriate application form below based on your specific situation.
Collect All Documents BEFORE Getting Started
Each application requires certain documents to be submitted. It is critical that you collect all documents before starting the process. If we do not have all documents required, you will be required to submit the application again.

Complete the Application and Submit ALL Required Documents
When completing the application, required fields MUST BE completed. We are unable to process the application if all supporting documents are not submitted with your application. If you still need to collect documents, DO NOT attempt to submit without them. Collect the documents and submit them at the time of your submission.
Check Your Email
Once you submit your application, you will receive an email confirmation with a copy of your submission. This can be used in the event you need to contact BCVWD in the future regarding your application.
Next Steps
Once your application has been submitted with all the necessary documents, our customer service team will process your application within 48 hours. If we need anything else, we will be in communication via email or phone. You will receive an email once your application has been processed.
Security Deposit Information
If you are not a current or previous customer with a minimum of one year of payment history with no penalties or disconnections, a credit check will be required to determine whether a deposit is required. If a soft credit check is necessary to determine creditworthiness, a processing fee will apply to each applicant. If a deposit is required, the deposit amount will be established pursuant to Section 5 of the District's Rules and Regulations and will be billed on the account's first statement. Deposits will be applied as a credit to the account after 12 months of on-time payments or will remain on the account until termination of services, whichever occurs first.
Service Timing
If the water service is currently on, we may schedule the transfer of service on the next available service day. If the water service is off and you would like service reconnected the same day, we must receive the application by 3:00 PM. If received after 3:00 PM, there may be an after-hour fee, or service can be restored the next business day. Reference the District's Rules and Regulations Part 5 Appendix A for after hour fee.
ID or Drivers License and one of the following documents are needed in order to complete the application. Grant Deed, Closing Disclosure. Final Settlement Statement, Property Tax Bill, Auction Receipt or Deed of Trust. For Renters, Rental Agreement, Lease Agreement, Property Management Agreement or City of Beaumont Tenant Authorization Letter. Make sure you have these documents BEFORE proceeding.
To close an account, Beaumont Cherry Valley Water District requires 2 working days to perform the final read of your water meter. A forwarding address is required for the mailing of your final statement and/or applicable refund. Accounts are not closed, transferred, or re-opened automatically. It is the responsibility of each account holder to notify Beaumont Cherry Valley Water District to discontinue water service.
If you decide to print a copy of the application, you must still provide the appropriate documentation.
