Use Your bank’s bill pay option
Most banks and credit unions offer a free way to pay bills online. once Beaumont-Cherry Valley Water District has been created as a “payee”m you can easily login and send payments each month. Costs to process your transaction is set by your bank and you have full control of the cost.
Processing Free: Depends on your bank
Pay Online (One Time)
We use a thrid-party service called Paymentus to process one-time payments with a debit or credit card. You need your 12 digit account number to make a payment online. If you dont have your account number, please call 951-845-9581 and speak with a customer service representative.
Processing Fee: $1.93 per transaction up to $500

We have a remit process that allows you to mail in your check. Mail your bill stub along with a check to:

Drop it off
Visit BCVWD’s office and either drop it in the box at the front door, or hand deliver it to the window.
Open Monday – Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or drop your bill stub with a check in the box at the front door anytime.
Processing Fee: Cash and Check – Free, Credit or Debit $1.93 for transactions up to $500
Use a Kiosk
Coming Soon! Pay with cash, check, debit, or credit card at one of the self-service kiosks. Enter your account number, or scan your kiosk barcodee and enter your billing zip code.

Online Bill Pay Portal
The online water bill portal for customers who woud like to:
View account information
View Past Invoices
Sign up or manage paperless billing
Sign up for re-occuring automatic payments, etc.
Customers who wish to sign up for an automatic bank draft plan are no longer able to do that through this portal, and should use their bank’s bill pay option instead. See instructions on how to create an account.
