BCVWD Earns American Heart Association Gold Tier Recognition for Employee Well-Being
Beaumont-Cherry Valley Water District is proud to announce that we have received the 2026 Gold Tier Recognition from the American Heart Association’s Well-being Works Better™ Scorecard program. This national recognition highlights the District’s commitment to employee health, safety, wellness, and workplace preparedness.
The award reflects the District’s ongoing investment in employee training, workplace safety, emergency preparedness, and wellness initiatives. Recent efforts have included CPR and AED certification training, emergency preparedness exercises, safety training, and collaboration with local public safety partners.
“Employee safety and well-being are essential to maintaining reliable service to our community,” said BCVWD Board Member, Daniel Slawson. “The Board has supported investments in training, preparedness, and workplace wellness because we recognize that a strong organization begins with healthy, supported employees.”
