Did you know F.P. Sigler from the Southern California Investment Company recorded his first subdivision in 1887 that later became the City of Beaumont? He dreamed to build a system of water lines for the purpose of developing subdivisions throughout the Beaumont and Cherry Valley area. Now, BCVWD is proud to turn this and many other visionary dreams into a reality
