Each billing period you will still receive your water billing statement, just as you do now.  The difference is, with Auto Pay Service your bill is paid automatically from your checking account on the bill due date.  You simply deduct the amount from your check register, and you are done. It’s that easy!  ENROLL IN AUTOPAY TODAY!!!

The District’s continued implementation of sound risk management, policy and procedures, and safety practices has made it possible for a reimbursement from the Association of California Water Agencies Powers Insurance Authority (ACWA/JPIA) in the amount of $50,072.57.

The JPIA is a public entity formed in 1979 by the water agencies of the state of California. Like its members, the JPIA is a special district in the state of California. Its formation and operation are subject to the provisions of the California Government Code, including the Brown Act. It provides risk-sharing pools to meet the needs of its members for property, liability, workers’ compensation, and employee benefits coverage.
