Our operations staff sample the water supply hundreds of times throughout the year to keep you and your family safe from bacteria and other contaminants.
With almost 4 billion gallons of water delivered each year to more than 64,000 customers, we’re committed to serving the community for years to come.
We would like to inform our customers about an online bill payment website, Doxo.com, which allows users to pay various types of bills, including utility bills, through their platform.
While it may seem like Doxo.com is affiliated with Beaumont-Cherry Valley Water District (BCVWD), it is not.
Doxo.com may charge additional fees, and BCVWD has no control over when we receive payments made through their service. Using third-party payment platforms like Doxo.com, which are not affiliated with BCVWD, could result in late payments, service disconnections, or delays in reconnection.
