The agenda for this meeting will be posted no later than 4:29 p.m. on Wednesday, May 2, 2018.
The undersigned, John Covington, President of the Beaumont-Cherry Valley Water District, hereby calls a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors to be held Wednesday, April 18 2018 at 7:00 P.M. at the District’s Administrative Offices located at 560 Magnolia Avenue, Beaumont, California 92223.

The District’s continued implementation of sound risk management, policy and procedures, and safety practices has made it possible for a reimbursement from the Association of California Water Agencies Powers Insurance Authority (ACWA/JPIA) in the amount of $50,072.57.
The JPIA is a public entity formed in 1979 by the water agencies of the state of California. Like its members, the JPIA is a special district in the state of California. Its formation and operation are subject to the provisions of the California Government Code, including the Brown Act. It provides risk-sharing pools to meet the needs of its members for property, liability, workers’ compensation, and employee benefits coverage.
