New Payment Portal Available Now

Dear Valued Customer,

This email is to inform you that our new Online Payment Portal is now online. You are now able to create your new profile, add your payment method, and enroll in auto pay.

Since your information is secure and not accessible to District staff, we are unable to transfer your current online and/or payment information to the new service.

To continue using autopay, you will need to sign up with the new service as soon as possible.

Please visit https://bcvwd.gov. and enroll in the new Online Payment Portal. Once enrolled, you will have the ability to enroll in autopay.

If you do not wish to use the new service, no action is required on your part – your statements will be mailed to the billing address on file and due on the date provided on the statement.

The district is excited to provide a new payment platform that will give customers additional payment options, accept more payment types, provide the ability to sign up for reminders, and all these features will be available at a lower processing cost.
