This summer has been hot! It’s essential to take care of our water and ourselves in the face of extreme heat. Here are a few tips to conserve water and stay healthy.
- Avoid running the tap every time you need a cool drink. Keep a pitcher of water in the fridge instead so that every drop goes down you and not the drain.
- Designate one glass for drinking water each day. This will reduce the number of dishwasher runs.
