🚧 Capital Improvement Project Updates – Investing in Water Reliability 💧

At BCVWD, we’re committed to keeping you informed on the progress of our infrastructure projects that strengthen the reliability and efficiency of your water service.

🔹 Well 1A Replacement – This project is nearing its next milestone!
Crews are currently flushing the new well and expect to complete this process within the next few weeks. After that, we will move forward with designing the discharge head and configuring piping to connect to the Transmission System. Whether this well supplies potable or non-potable water will depend on testing results, which are ongoing.

“These projects are perfect examples of how the District is planning for both today and tomorrow,” stated Board Vice President Lona Williams. “The Well 1A Replacement will give us greater flexibility in how we manage water supplies, especially as we await results that will help us determine the safest and best use of that source. And with the B-Line Pipeline now online, we’re already seeing improvements in our system’s ability to meet demand and move water more efficiently.

🔹 B-Line Transmission Pipeline – Construction is complete!
The pipeline has been connected to the distribution system and was officially online as of July 23. This new line will improve flow, support growing demand, and enhance system performance across the region.
