Our Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) is designed to enhance water quality and reliability, upgrade aging infrastructure, and support the growing needs of our customers.

Upcoming Investments in Our Water System:
🏗️ Noble Tank 2 & Cherry Ave Project – A second storage tank and new transmission main for improved water distribution.
🔍 Well Feasibility & Siting Study – Identifying new well locations to secure future groundwater supply.
🚰 Pipeline Replacements & Tank Rehabilitation – Extending the life of our water infrastructure through critical maintenance and upgrades.
