BCVWD Receives ACWA JPIA Risk Management Awards for 2025
Beaumont-Cherry Valley Water District is proud to announce that it has received three President’s Special Recognition Awards from the Association of California Water Agencies Joint Powers Insurance Authority (ACWA JPIA). These awards honor the District’s outstanding performance in risk management across the General Liability, Property, and Workers’ Compensation programs.
Each award reflects BCVWD’s commitment to maintaining exceptionally low claim costs relative to contributions over multi-year evaluation periods. This achievement highlights the District’s proactive approach to safety, employee training, and continuous improvement in workplace and operational risk prevention.
Excellence Across All Programs
General Liability Program Award
Recognizes exemplary performance in reducing claim costs and maintaining fiscal responsibility from October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2024.
Property Program Award
Acknowledges outstanding management and preventive practices resulting in minimal claims between July 1, 2021 and June 30, 2024.
Workers’ Compensation Program Award
Celebrates dedication to employee safety and well-being by maintaining low claim rates from July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2024.
