Save water by freshening up the mulch in your garden

Save water by freshening up the mulch in your garden this spring! Natural mulch reduces moisture loss in soil, reduces weed growth, and puts the finishing touch on a California-friendly garden.

On behalf of the Water District, Board Secretary Andy Ramirez reminds customers that “Though outdoor watering makes up the majority of a home’s water use, by using California native plants and conservation, this will help you save money on your next water bill”. #ConservationTips #BCVWD
