Building a Stronger Water System for Tomorrow

At BCVWD, we’re doing more than keeping the water flowing today — we’re preparing for tomorrow. Capital Improvement Projects (CIPs) are long-term investments in the pipelines, wells, tanks, and pump stations that deliver water to your home and business.

Instead of waiting for things to break, we plan ahead — replacing aging infrastructure, increasing capacity for future growth, and improving reliability system-wide.

With a growing community and over 22,000 customers to serve, these projects help us stay ahead of the curve and ensure clean, safe water for generations to come.

“These projects are about responsibility — making sure our system is resilient, efficient, and ready for whatever the future bring” stated BCVWD Board Director David Hoffman. “Our goal is to protect the investment our community has made in this essential service.”

We’ll be sharing updates soon on some of the exciting infrastructure work underway. In the meantime, you can always learn more at 👉 https://bcvwd.gov
