BCVWD office will be closed

To help reduce the potential for exposure, reduce the spread, and mitigate the COVID-19: Coronavirus impact in our County, beginning Monday March 16, 2020, the Beaumont-Cherry Valley Water District office plans to be closed to the public. The safety and health of our customers and personnel is our top priority.

Please read below for alternative means for service:

ALTERNATIVE WAYS TO PAY YOUR BILL

Online Payments – Payments can be made online at https://bcvwd.org

Phone Payments – You can make a payment over the phone, 24 hours a day with our automated payment system. Call the District’s main telephone line at (951) 845-9581 and select option 3. Have your account number available when making payments over the phone.

Drop Box – The District office is equipped with a drop box located at our headquarters office at 560 Magnolia Ave, Beaumont, CA. 92223. All payments dropped in the drop box are picked up by 8:30 A.M. Monday – Thursday. Please be sure to include your account number and check made out to Beaumont-Cherry Valley Water District.
