May is Water Awareness Month – Every Drop Counts!
At Beaumont-Cherry Valley Water District, we believe that every drop of water tells a story — of planning, of protection, and of the people who make safe, reliable water possible every day.
As California enters its dry season, Water Awareness Month is a timely reminder of the value of water and how we can all make a difference. From the infrastructure that delivers clean water to your tap, to the conservation choices we make at home, protecting this essential resource takes all of us working together.
“Most people don’t think about water until it’s not there, but at BCVWD, we think about it every day,“ said Daniel Slawson, Board President. “We think about how to protect it, how to deliver it, and how to ensure we have water for generations to come.”
Throughout the year, BCVWD continues to invest in critical infrastructure projects and supports our community in making water-wise choices. Whether it’s preparing for climate extremes or helping customers reduce water use, we’re working every day to protect our region’s most precious resource.
Let’s make every drop count — this month and beyond. 💧
