2026 Board of Directors Reorganization

Each calendar year, the Beaumont-Cherry Valley Water District Board of Directors reorganizes its officer positions. Effective January 1, 2026, the Board is organized as follows:

Lona Williams – President
Andy Ramirez – Vice President
David Hoffman – Secretary
John Covington – Treasurer
Daniel Slawson – Director

The Board of Directors plays a critical role in guiding the District. Board Members establish the policies that staff follow to provide reliable water service, oversee and approve the District’s budget, and carefully consider both the short- and long-term impacts of District activities, including capital improvement projects and development requests brought forward for approval. As elected officials, they also serve as the face of the District and represent the community they serve.

“As President of the Board, I understand the responsibility that comes with this role,” said BCVWD Board President Lona Williams. “Our job is to provide thoughtful oversight and clear direction while supporting the District’s staff, who work every day to serve our customers. We are committed to balancing fiscal responsibility with the ongoing maintenance and investment needed to ensure safe, reliable water service for our community, not just today, but for years to come.”
