For added precaution, you may ask for the name of the caller, hang up, and call our office back using verified contact details to confirm whether the call was legitimate.
We have also received reports of fraudulent organizations attempting to sell water softeners while falsely claiming an affiliation with BCVWD. Please be advised that we do not endorse or partner with any third-party water softener vendors. Any business or salesperson claiming to represent BCVWD in this context is acting without our authorization. We strongly recommend that customers exercise caution and verify such claims directly with our office.
