Start Service
To Start Service:
Please complete, sign, and date the application and return it along with a clear copy of the applicant’s photo id and the following supporting documents:
New Owner – A copy of the closing/settlement statement or grant deed.
Renter – A copy of the signed rental/lease agreement including the property owner’s name and phone number.
Note – The property manager or property owner must sign the tenants Start Service Application.
Agent – A copy of the listing agreement or other written authorization from the seller.
There will be no exceptions to the water service application process. All documents must be submitted before water can be turned on.

Security Deposit:
A security deposit shall be deposited at the time application for water service is made. The determination of an applicant’s creditworthiness shall be based solely upon criteria developed by the District. If a soft credit check is necessary to determine credit worthiness, a processing fee will apply. The District’s deposits are $0, $150 or $250. Payments by credit card are subject to a convenience fee. To avoid this fee, payments can be received at our District office by cash, check or money order. Reference the District’s Rules and Regulations Part 5 Appendix A for processing fee.
Other Information:
If the water service is currently on, we may schedule the transfer of service on the next available service day. If the water service is off and you would like service reconnected the same day, we must receive the application by 3:00 p.m. If received after 3:00 p.m., there may be an after-hour fee, or service can be restored the next business day. Reference the District’s Rules and Regulations Part 5 Appendix A for after hour fee.
