Beaumont-Cherry Valley Water District
No Lead Service Line (NONLSL) Statement

As part of our commitment to providing safe and clean drinking water, Beaumont-Cherry Valley Water District (BCVWD) has completed a comprehensive review and verification of all service lines within our water distribution system. Based on our thorough inspection and inventory, we confirm that there are no lead, galvanized requiring replacement (GRR), or unknown service lines within our system.

This determination was made using evidence-based records, including engineering drawings, field inspections, and water system records, as well as in compliance with applicable federal and state regulations. BCVWD continuously monitors and maintains our water distribution infrastructure to ensure the highest quality of service to our customers.

In compliance with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Lead and Copper Rule Revisions (LCRI), this NONLSL statement serves as a public confirmation that the BCVWD system is lead-free. Should any updates or changes to this inventory occur, we will update this statement and notify our customers promptly.
