Utility Assistance Programs
Below you will find the most current Utility Assistance Programs that are being offered. It is important to note that some of these programs are offered by other local, state or federal agencies and Beaumont-Cherry Valley Water District simply provides access to learn about these programs:
Low Income Household Water Assistance Program
This program is no longer being offered. Additional information will be posted once it is available.
District Payment Plan
Qualified customers may be eligible to establish a payment plan for their water service account. To begin the process, customers must complete and submit the Self-Certification Form, which outlines available payment plan options and eligibility requirements.
Eligibility is based on participation in any of the following assistance programs:
- CalWORKS
- CalFresh
- General Assistance
- Medi-Cal
- Supplemental Security Income/State Supplementary Payment (SSI/SSP)
- California Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)
Customers may also qualify if their annual household income is less than 200% of the federal poverty level.
